Shipping & Delivery Policy

* Delivery time depends on logistics and courier partners

* Once handed over to the courier, delays out of our control are not our liability

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect customer information, customer will be responsible for additional shipping cost.

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is deeply important to us. Still, due to the nature of natural and personal-care items, strict hygiene safety rules apply:

We accept returns only if:
✅ Product received is damaged, leaked, or incorrect
✅ Customer reports the issue within 24 hours of delivery
✅ Photo or video proof is provided

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

* Delay caused by courier partners

If a return is approved, a replacement of the same item will be arranged at no additional cost.
